Brief

'The Fashion Petstival' is a proposed event run by RSPCA that aims to break the negative stigma surrounding shelter animals by granting them a life-changing chance on the runway to strut in their best outfits and most glamorous make-overs. The branding of the event as a fashion festival aims to shed light on the issue and uplift the image of shelter animals as being dirty and unwanted to being desired and sought after.
